    JV Services International, Inc. (JVSI) was formed by David Bowden, an online marketing entrepreneur, co-author of Using Teleseminars To Create Instant Joint Venture Profits, and owner of JVTeleseminar.com, of Dundalk, Maryland, and Micro Business Growth, Inc. of Niagara Falls, New York.

    Micro Business Growth provides business development services for new start-ups and established small businesses that want to increase their growth and profitability, with a specific focus of using information technology, online communications and partnering as a growth strategy.

    JVSI provides joint venture development and implementation services for businesses and corporations that require the specialized program development and partnering expertise necessary to execute successful joint ventures.

    JVSI has been selected by the Enterprise Holdings System group of companies as their "keiretsu" partner responsible for joint ventures. The Chairman of EHS, Dr. Jim Namaste also serves as Chairman of JVSI's Board of Directors.
